Why do you need Women's Ministries in your church?

 1.    The next generation matters!  Research on the spiritual lives of Canadians tells us that children follow the faith of their mothers. Our churches need to be building into the lives of women who in turn influence their children for good.

2.    Scripture tells us we're to be about  teaching younger women.  Everything from matters of the home to finding our purpose can be part of these mentoring relationships that Titus 2:3-5 describes.

3.    Discipleship making is all about relations, and relationships are a high value for women.  We're looking for them if we don't have them, so providing opportunities in our churches for relationships to develop is crucial.

4.    Women make up at least half the congregation.  Breaking down ministry into segments means we can better target needs and have effective ministry.

5.    Church growth!  If women are growing and making disciples, it stands to reason that your church will grow.
